Is there any chance I can configure QoS on fastethernet port to reserve bandwith for specific networks?
I tried this configuration:
Policy Map pm-voice
Class cl-voice
bandwidth 30 (kbps)
However, I can not assign this policy map to fastethernet interface
"Bandwidthis only supported in a hierarchical policy on ES interfaces"
Any ideas?

Fuad,
The error message is self-explanatory, you can only configure hierarchical QoS on ES (Enhanced Services) Ports.
The ES Ports are the SFP uplinks on the switch, the rest of ports are regular ports with limited QoS services.
More information on the 3750ME and ES Ports can be found at:

The following Policy-maps donot have a default class configured.
pm-voice The class-default class is used to classify traffic that does not fall into one of the defined classes. The class-default class is predefined when the policy map created, but must be configured. If no default class is configured, then by default the traffic that does not match any of the configured classes is flow classified and given best-effort treatment.
TRY THIS: To configure the class-default class to use tail drop, use the 'bandwitdth' policy-map class configuration command to configure policy for the default class.
