HI Rupesh, [Pls RATE if HELPS]
In general, the Route-Reflector are called as the Server.
The Routers that form neighbourship with the RR are called as Clients.
The Updates are exchanged between the Server & Clients only.
The word "non-client" means, the Router doesnot have session with the Route-Reflector itself.
Kindly add more information to the Question to help further.
Best Regards,

Hello Guru,
>> The word "non-client" means, the Router doesnot have session with the Route-Reflector itself
Actually the meaning is different a non client iBGP neighbor is an iBGP neighbor that has a normal iBGP session with the RRS.
(it is missing the
neigh x.x.x.x route-reflector-client
on the RRS)
This is a legitimate configuration and allows to build a full mesh of RR Servers for example in a service provider network.
The updates received by a RRS are treated differently if arriving from a client or from a non-client:
updates coming from a client are reflected to all other clients and all non clients.
updates coming from a non-client are sent only to clients not to other non clients.
Hope to help
