Agent desktop failing to login to IPCCX 7.0

Hi, I have this issue with my IPCCX server that no agents can login to it. When trying to login using Cisco Desk top Agent. It comes with an error “The ID you entered was not found” very strange.

I have CUCM 6.1 AD integrated.

IPCCX 7.0 Premium

User is configured properly as I was able to assign them to Queues and some of the users are admins as well, they can successfully login to the admin page and appuser page.

Any idea in what could be the issue in here. Much appreciated for your help.

i encountered same and found some misconfiguration on CUCM device association with username.

what kind of misconfiguration?

I have user associated with device and device with user, do I need sth else?

Also under the user I have IPCC extension
