LMS 2.6_CS3.0.6_Csicview 6.1.5
the local user has helpdesk or network operator privilege but he can't open the Ciscoview for any device and he receive the following messages:
Failed to open device 172.20.0.17.
Device doesn't exist or there is problem with DNS resolution.
Please verify the device existence and its hostname to IPAddress resolution
The Csicoview is working fine with the user has network admin and system admin
