B-ACD transfer to external destination

Hello

We are using the B-ACD AA feature for a time now without problems.

Because of a reorganization we have to change one of the menu options.

Instead of transferring the call to an available agent on a the ephone-hunt we have to transfer the call to an external number.

Is searched the documentation and forum but didn't find a way to configure.

( I am aware of the Alternate extension option Voicemail) this is not an option its used to deliver call coverage for the other options in the menu.

You can transfer-calls from B-ACD AA to external number using the following config. Once call is transferred to external number, it is a blind transfer and the call will not be queued.
