I searched, but I did not find an answer or a proper suggestion to my problem, others do face the same!
How the Cisco Systems VPN Adapter gets the mac-address.
How do I change Cisco Systems VPN Adapter mac-address.
Any help?
Thank you

I think the the MAC address of the VPN adapter is a static MAC built in to the client and is used on the adapter. This MAC Address is not visible to the LAN, it's really just used for the clients internal address interface.

Hello,
Yes I understand that the mac-address is hard-coded and can not be changed.
So how can I register remote teleworkers with "ip communicators" to my cme?
All ephones will have the same mac-address!
Thank you

I used the following on my CME to register the IP communicator:
ephone 40
mac-address 0011.2581.8186
type CIPC
button 1:22
I got the mac-address from the preferences of my IP communicator -> network -> use this device name -> and I specified a mac address in this field.
Then under TFTP Servers i specified the tftp server as the IP of my CME.
