Hi all,

I troubleshooting following this link http://cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1001/products_tech_note09186a00800acafa.shtml . But this command doesn't work.

My log is:

C:\>opctest /cust vinph /node pg1a

OPCTEST Release 7.2.5.0 , Build 20485

18:01:39 Fail: Unable to CreateFile connection to (\\.\pipe\ICM\vinph\pg1a\OPCIn

put).

Last API Error [2]: The system cannot find the file specified.

I don't understand what "ICM node name" is and where this command is typed (on Router or Logger or PG). "ICM node name" is hostname of server , isn't it?

Please advise me,

Thanks

Hi David,

Yes, My hostname PG server is hanapg1a, ICM customer instance name is vinph. But the command doesn't work.

I wonder Hostname is Node ID, isn't it?

Thanks

Hostname is the name of the computer. The node name is the actual node, i.e. pg1a, pg1b, pg2a, etc...

You need to have admin rights on the box you are trying to run the opctest utility. Example of syntax:

c:\>opctest /cust icm /node pg1a
