Hi,

Have a 2 (two) questions about CDR-relevant management.

Let's imaging that Publisher is configured to upload CDR & CMR every 1 (one) minute to SFTP destination.

If the hardware server, where SFTP server is running on, is powered down, how CUCM-PUB will handle this case ?

Will it queue all CDRs & CMRs ? Or just delete them unrecoverably ?

CUCM will keep the files and will send them once the connection re-establishes

How long CDR files will be queued in days ? Is it configurable ?

Can you please advice the document that best describes CDR management practises & nuances ?

not sure but most probably it's the same as other CDR stuff, 30 days nonconfigurable
