guys if we have four switches two of them are 3550 and two of them are 3560.....no wif we want to do load balance on mac address in 3550 it can do only src-mac address or des-mac address in 3560 it can do src-dst-mac.....now if we want to do it on ip base in 3550 there is no command now my question is if we do (for ip) src-mac address on 3550 and scr-des-ip on 3560 will it work.....i m confuse on this matter......on 3550 its mac and on 3560 its ip based will this technic will work or it has to be same.....thanks guys it will be really good if someone answer in plain words....thanks for looking
