hardware failure

I have a port hardware failure on MDS9509, and it still exist after replacing the gbic,also disabling & enabling the port didn't help.

any advise?

Not applicable

The possible causes may be:

1)Not enough port indexes are available.

2)Available port indexes are non-contiguous

3)Not enough power is available in the chassis
