CME user configuration of cfwd and speed dial

Can anyone inform me if users can call forward their phone remotely using a web browser? If so, how would this be done? Any documentation would be appreciated. I was only able to configure speed dials remotely. Thanks!

Hi Rose,

This is not currently possible via the User GUI. I believe at least Customer Admin privledges are required;
