Setting up server, Need Help

I already have a network setup with a server for internet access with multiple local interfaces with different IP ranges (eg. 192.168.1.0, 172.16.1.0) everything is working fine. now i need to setup a local webserver(eg. xampp) to be localy accessable. please tell me if this is possible.

To use web logging with MARS, you need to configure the host, the webserver, and MARS. MARS can process up to 100 MB of web log data per receive from your host.
