Ciscoworks LMS 3.1 cannot poll the inventory of my 12.2(33)SXI SUP720-10G-powered 6509's. Is this a known limitation for the time being or should I troubleshoot ciscoworks itself?

I nearly forgot, the inventory error is:
"Device Collection Failed"

This sounds like my bug CSCsv65621. If you post the IC_Server.log, I can verify.

can that only be pulled from the server console(not through ciscoworks gui?)
this is occurring on two switches that are VSS capable(PFC3c) but not in VSS mode(standalone)

The log can only be obtained from the server directly.
