North American ISDN type/plan

as I saw, for North America dial plan, on IOS, the default subscriber is 7 digits, national is 10 digits, not sure how many digits for International

my question is, can I change the subscriber digits from 7 to 10? also possibly change the national from 10 to 11 (with the 1 at beginning), therefore, when the incoming call hit the PRI, I can do some manipulation on the H323 or MGCP gateway for the incoming (calling) number

Thanks

there is no fixed length for international, that's why the patterns always are just 011!

you can play with calling number using translation rules on h323 or translation patterns on CUCM for MGCP/H323
