cisco AIR-LAP1242G-A-K9 cannot access Global mode

Dear Sir,

I am using cisco AIR-LAP1242G-A-K9 wireless access point by console port, i can login to AP in user and previllige mode. but when every i try to access global mode its says % Invalid input detected at '^' marker. i cannt access any fastthernet or BVI interface.

mentioned below is the copy paste of screen and show version.

Based on whats listed above, you have an LWAPP image on the AP. This means that the AP runs in lightweight mode and registers to a controller. I know a lot of the commands are disabled in this mode. If you don't use a Wireless Lan Controller then you need to do the TFTP recovery to Autonomous mode on the AP. Once that is done you will be able to issue standard commands to configure the ethernet and radio interfaces.

Not sure if you are using a Wireless LAN Controller, but if you are it is possible to change the default username and password for your LWAPs from Cisco cisco by using the following command on the controller

config ap username password
