Can not Access Access Point Global Mode

Dear Sir,

I am using cisco AIR-LAP1242G-A-K9 wireless access point by console port, i can login to AP in user and previllige mode. but when every i try to access global mode its says % Invalid input detected at '^' marker. i cannt access any fastthernet or BVI interface.

mentioned below is the copy paste of screen and show version.

Hi Zeeshan,

The problem here is that the model you are using ( AIR-LAP1242G-A-K9 )

is a Lightweight or LWAPP AP not an Autonomous AP that can be configured using the method you are trying. This is a very common problem that should be quite fixable :)

Follow these steps to revert from LWAPP mode to autonomous mode by loading a Cisco IOS release using a TFTP server:
