On the secure site page (https) there are a couple of options that are: "Forgot Cisco ID, or password?" and "Help logging in" At the bottom of the Help logging in page there are also a number of phone numbers (1 (800) 553-6387 (US/Canada) or 1 (408) 902-5200 (International)) you can use to contact Cisco.
