Solved: UCM 6.1 - co-located IPCC

I have a running UCM 6.1 installation that has been commisioned recently. I am trying to load the IPCC 5 seater version that comes with the server. Do I need any downtime to load this software on to the UCM server ?

Whare can I find the installation instrucitons ?

Table 2 gives a list, depicting in which cases a dedicated CCX server will be required.

Hi NALAKA,

You are referring to the IPCCX 5 seat bundle wihch comes as a promotion with CUCM 6.1.

This can not co-recide on the call manager server.

You need to have a dedicated server for this installation, since its still windows based and your CUCM is linux based.
