I dont have a Cisco log on to download. But I am looking for the Backup utility for Call Manager 4.1. I have cisco installation CDs but I can not extract it. Any web links I can get it from ? Please let me know

you need to download it from CCO download center, unfortunately you need a valid CCO with access to that to get it.
get in touch with customer services to see what they can do.
