CCM BARS utility

dont have a Cisco log on to download. But I am looking for the Backup utility for Call Manager 4.1. I have cisco installation CDs but I can not extract it. Any web links I can get it from ? Please let me know

I think the easiest way is to create a Cisco Login. If you work on the CallManagers, you will definitely need a CCO Login.

Even if you obtain a BARS plugin, you may want to check with compatibility matrix to see if it's the latest.

Hi,

Do you have a BARS installation CD, it should be with the rest of the installation disks?

If you don't, as per the other message here, you'll need to create a CCO login and associate your cisco contract to your profile before you can login and download the software.

There is probably other software available to do the backups but they won't be supported by Cisco!
