Mobile connect " you are not a valid mobile phone user" on phone

We have configured the mobile connect, it is working fine, however when ever i click on the mobile softkey on the phone it gives me a message " you are not a valid mobile phone user" Please let me know what i need to do for the mobile softkey to work properly.

1) Phone:

The User ID of the user must be provided.

If you have EM, the field is greyed out -> uncheck EM, add UserID and check EM...

2) Destination

The "Mobile Phone" box must be checked.

This has already been taken care but it did not work.... is there any other thing i need to check...
