Hi, i have a Cisco call manager server & subscriber version 5.x which is operational but unfortunately i lost the license file. how can i get the license file from the server? if there is no way to export it from server or transfer license from one server to another one, how can i obtain the license now?

Hi,
unfortunately i don't have that, because of some bad reasons i only have the opertaional server! is there any way to get information on license from the server?

Hi Saeed,
Like Gonz nicely noted, (+5 points Gonz!), you will need to contact Cisco Licensing if you wanted to transfer your licenses to a new server. This is because the license would need to be re-homed to the new Publisher/First Node MAC address. Here's how;
**send an email to;
And include the following;
PO#
Sales Order#
Company Name
Company Address
Company Phone
Contact Name
Shipping Date
MAC Address of new Pub/First Node
