Hi,
We have Mitel IP phones 1512 which got integrated with CCM 6.0 & Unity 5.0.
All the features are working properly except MWI. I can reach to voice mail from Mitel & phone to phone communication is happening well.
Any clue will be appreciated.

You say this is SIP. Is Unity using PIMG or TIMG to integrate with the Mitel or are you going through a SIP trunk? We need more details before going forward. Also, what version of Exchange are you using and is it on the Unit or off the Unity on it's own server?

Hi -
In addition to what Tray mentioned, you can also validate the Unity Integration to the Mitel phones. This should be the first PBX integration before the CallManager one. Go into UTIM on the Unity server and expand the integration displayed, it may be TIMG or PIMG. In ours, you can click on the PIMG integration and click "Verify", which pings the device. If you have such an integration, make sure you have one of the ports enabled and checked for Dialout MWI.
