Cisco Works 3.1 DFM Card Unknown

I have two 3845 routers and on both DFM is reporting Card 7 is unknown and down...

CARD-x.x.x.x/7 [Unknown]:OperationallyDown;

Any ideas why?

What type of card is this? What version of code is the 3845 running?

the strange thing is I cannot see any reference to a card or slot 7 in the show diag...

Look at show inventory, then. It would also be useful to see SNMP Walks of .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.3.6.11 and .1.3.6.1.2.1.47.1.1.1.
