Hi, gangs,

my customer has decided to buy software contract to upgrade CM from 5.x to 6.x. It takes quite a while for the purchase process, however, the customer is eager for the upgrade. Do I have to wait till I get the pack from Cisco, or I can download the upgrade image from Cisco web? During the upgrade, do I need license or something?

unfortunately you'll have to wait, the only available upgrade to download is for upgrade from 6.1(1) or 6.1(2)

you'll also need the Feature License when going to 6.X
