Hi Matthew -
For MPE 2.0, the values you mention are configured on the System Configuration > Meeting Configuration page.
- The default is Yes and time limit value for "Extend meeting (minutes)" = 15. This field is used to indicate whether to extend meetings if they run over the requested duration if ports are available. Meetings may continue to be extended as long as ports are available, up to the Maximum meeting length (minutes) field setting. If you select Yes, also enter the number of minutes to extend meetings. If you select No, or if ports are not available at the end of the meeting, callers receive a warning that the meeting will end. The warning time is determined by the Last warning time field. Restriction: This field does not apply to reservationless meetings.
- "Last warning time" - Number of minutes before the end of a meeting when the system issues a warning. We have our system set to the default, which is 2 minutes. However, since we allow meeting extensions of 30 minutes, we rarely hear this announcement. I would recommend running a port utilization report and review the scheduled meetings to see port usage, but also an indication of how long "most" meetings run. Then you can set the values accordingly.
