To move the data from the logger, you can use the MSSQL EnterpriseManager and choose the database that you would like to export from and when you right click on choose "export", it is a wizard interface and for the target choose to save it into a textfile , create one text file for each table since you only have 2 tables. Then move the text file onto the HDS server and use the EnterpriseManager and do the import feature. This should accomplish what you wanted.
