Multiple Alerts from Ciscoworks for same event

I am getting mulitple alerts from cisco works for the same event.

Iam also getting minor alarm alerts along with critical events when only critical events are configured to send notification emails.

Is there is way to minimize duplicate email notifications for the same event and only get the most critical ones like switch or link is down.

I assume you mean you're getting multiple emails. If this is the case, please post a screenshot of the emails you're seeing which you think you shouldn't be seeing as well as a screenshot of your Notification Group configuration in DFM.
