Hello, we have a weird issue. all of our users have recorded names recorded, however randomly when a user is busy or not at his desk and the call is FWDed to Unity. unity plays the extension instead of the Recorded name, just like if no recorded name was recorded

you may want to check the schedule they have for the Standard Greeting. At some time maybe the calls are going to the Alternate or other greetings.

if the alternate greeting is on, or the standard greeting is on, the caller should listen to the Recorded name, if there is a recorded name. right? if the alternate greeting is on and no alternate greeting is recorded the caller is going to hear something like:
sorry Cris Jimenez is not available record your message at the tone ...
this is not our case. most of the users didn't record a greeting which is fine, however we don't want the caller to get the number of our users if the user isn't available and if unity isn't playing the recorded name that's a huge issue for our company because the caller is hearing this:
sorry extension 12345 is not available and unity should play Joe M is not available record your message .... even though the user recorded his name and unity has the wav file
