Hi.

First off. I'm new to voice so don't fully understand the differences between ephones and ephone-dn's.

That said, MY 2851 running CME with an AIM-CUE installed does not provide a Message Waiting Indicator (MWI)via either a red light on the handset or an envelope on the display.

Ive seen some information which suggest MWI won't work with anything other then a 5 digit extension.

My configuration has a 4 digit extension.

I'd appreciate any help.

I've attached a configuration for reference.

The 8000 and 8001 are the MWI on/off vales. From what I can gather I need to create an ephone-dn for these values?
