How can i configure SIP server on the call manager version 5.1.2

Hi expert!

I am beginner for Call Manager and tring to install simple lab for call manager with 2 Cisco ip phones, 3750G PoE switch with SIP.

1. Detwork Design is below

Would you please let me know how can i configure call manager and useful url of documentation.

I have just finished installation of call manager.
