I am having difficulty adding and old user back to the Unity. This user used to have an ext. and now she move to a different ext. It was sometimes ago.
When i search under her name or her current and old ext., I could not find it or no matching.
When I add her from existing exchange user, I could not find her name too.
Is there anyway i can view all of the user. or any solution for my issue?
UPDATE;
I go to the Bulk edit in the unity and do not see her name or her ext.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Sienz,
You may want to clean the user with the Remove Subscriber Properties Tool if you haven't already:

Hope this helps. If so, please rate.

Brad is correct, this is from another post this morning.
Try using remove subscriber properties tool. Unity Subscribers show up as bunny heads and non subsberbers show up as mailboxes. Right click on the subscriber and choose remove....
Then try to import again.

Also to list all the subscibers and thier properties you can use a tool in the tool depot.
Subscriber Information Dump in the Administration
Tools section.

It's located in the Commserver\Utilities\RemoveSubscriberProperties directory on the Unity server.

Sorry, it will not effect the users mailbox properties, however when you import back into Unity they will be a new subscriber.
They will not have any recordings or settings.
Make sure to choose the subscriber template that is correct for them.
Passwords are also default

Thank you,
Since I do not have Remove Subscriber Properties Tool in my Unity Tools under the Diagnostic tools, I will need to install it from this link below:
http://www.ciscounitytools.com/App_BunnyKiller.htm
Do i need to install it in both of primary and secondary Unity server
We are using Unity 5.0 so i am sure we are good since it is compatible with Unity 4.0(1) and later
So When i remove the Subscriber Properties of this mail user, will it effect the her mail exchange properties at all such as her emails, contacts, or any of her profile?

It will only remove some Unity properties from AD so that the user can be reimported.
