Unified Communications Video Advantage

Hello,

I'm having a problem with users being unable to make out of cluster PSTN calls when they have cisco unified video advantage running on their PC. When I close out the application I can make PSTN calls again with no problem, but once I run the application and attempt to make PSTN calls I am getting a busy signal. I am using CUCM 6.1(2) and Video Advantage 2.1. If you have any insight or suggestions I am all ears.

most probably this is your issue:

When running Video Telephony Advantage (VTA), outbound calls fail from Cisco CallManager through H.323 gateways to PSTN. An invalid bearer capability IE field is indicated in the release_comp message
