Error Message:LDAP Directory - LDAP server w/ SSL

We are getting the following error message when we are using ssl within LDAP server information section.

[We have CUCM 6.1.1.2000-3]

javax.net.ssl.SSLException: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty; nested exception is:

How can we correct this issue?

1) Have you uploaded the certificate as dir-trust?

2) Have you restart Tomcat service?

I guess we missed the step 2 - restarting Tomcat.

one quick question:

we restarted Tomcat only at the primary/publisher server. Do we have to complete this step at all servers?

If I remember right, DirSync only runs on publisher. You just need to restart tomcat on pub.
