Running Unity 7. Have a handful of exchange servers and message stores. When I try to import Unity subscribers it can only see a subset of all the subscribers. Does anyone know how to double-check or change which message stores Unity will look in for mailboxes?
TIA

2 things you need to do.
1 Run Permissions wizard and choose the mailstores that users are in.
2 Make sure that the users are not already Unity subscribers.
Try using remove subscriber properties tool. Unity Subscribers show up as bunny heads and non subsberbers show up as mailboxes. Right click on the subscriber and choose remove....
Then try to import again.

This tool is on the Unity server.
Commserver\Utilities\RemoveSubscriberProperties directory.

Are the users in GPO protected containers. Make sure Unity permission wizard runs without any errors.
