Hello Everyone,
Wondering if it's possible to create a service account within Unity to allow my helpdesk to have access to the subscriber page within unity, but deny them access to everything else. Thoughts? Unity 4.2.1

Hey Dan,
You can use GrantUnityAccess tool (ran from the command line, located in Commserver directory) to give this particular user's AD account access and apply certain restrictions on the CoS that you assign them so they can only perform certain actions.
Once in the Commserver directory, just type grantunityaccess and hit enter, you'll see the syntax you need.
Hope this helps,
Brad

The best way is to make a help desk COS that only has the permissions that you want them to have. Then change the COS that they are a member of to the one you created.
This way you are not giving them to many permissions.
I have done this for my site and it works well.
