I have an FXO card that I have tried to install into 3 different 2621 routers. Each of the routers has an NM-HDV module installed with 4xPVDMs. I believe that the NM-HDVs work fine as I had a VWIC T1 card installed into each of them, and they were all working fine. I tested all three routers by pulling my T1 card out and inserting the FXO card in. In each case, I did a show diag and got the same result. The NM module showed up with no issues as well as the PVDMs. In each case, the FXO shows up under VIC 0 with the following "Unknown WAN daughter card". Of couse, a "show voice-port" command gives me an error as their are no voice ports.

Is the card bad, or am I doing something wrong?

I have checked the Cisco literature and have confirmed that the Cisco 2621XM/NM-HDV/VIC2-2FXO is a supported combination.
