I'am using LMS 3.0.1. Running on Windows systems. I can't see log file status. Before this, I try to configuring logrot (delete and add syslog.log) ==> D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\bin\perl.exe D:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\bin\logrot.pl -c because file syslog.log larger than recommended size limit, after running logrot,I can't see log file status. I have try to restart LMS service (net stop/start crmdmgtd). How to fix it?

Replace logstat.conf with this version, and you should be set.

Please post the NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log.

Please see attached

The file looks truncated. I'm not seeing any reference to you running the Log File Status report. Please reproduce the problem, then post the stdout.log. Also, post NMSROOT/conf/logstat.conf.

I provided stdout.log $ logstat.conf

Replace logstat.conf with this version, and you should be set.

Hi jclarke,

I didn't see that syslog.log have wrong location (NMSROOT\log). Now I can see Log File Status. Thank you
