We have deployed CUCM version 220.127.116.112-1 and have a mixture of 7945 & 65 through out the campus. When you call IP to IP it use G722 and the quality is fine, when add a conf call it converts it to G711 and then start to get noise in the ear piece of all phones involved.
CUCM is running - 18.104.22.1682-1
45 & 65 are - SCCP45.8-3-4SR1S
All the media resources are configured on CUCM.
I have disabled the Advertise G722 codec type, but this has made no difference to the quality of the call.
Has any one else experienced anything similar?
