Have Unity 4.1 with CM 4.1. Trying to implement live record following the http://www.ciscounitytools.com/HelpFiles/LiveRecord405/LiveRecordAppNote.htm
Routing rule in Unity for Live Record is already present, however all the fields are grayed out and I can't edit the information. In the rule there is no DNIS or forwarding number information populated.
Anyone run into this issue before?

In Unity, once a new rule is created it defaults to the 'default forwarding rule', make sure you select (again) the rule that you created.

Not sure I'm following you Senthil. I didn't create the Live Record rule that's in there now. Not sure who did. However, when I select the rule, all the fields are grayed out and I cannot edit them. I can't even delete the rule to create a new one. The rule does not have a number associated with it, so I cannot get Live Record to work until I can edit to add one.

Can't you just create a new Routing Rule? It should accomplish the same thing.

why not try creating a new rule and place it on top if the existing rules?
