Is there a way to retrieve a singel voice mail wav file from Unity Express? Or, perhaps forward it to a mail client to listen to? Or, even put it on a PC hard drive? Thanks

what version is your CUE?
You can enable integrated messaging in CUE and configure voicemail in an IMAP client like outlook. from there you can retrieve the message as a wave file.
I dont see it on 2.3, but I see it on 3.x
enable under Voicemail - Integrated Messaging.
You would need to create a User group and enable Capabilities - Integrated Messaging.
Add the user to this group.
configure outlook with a new imap a/c use the IP of CUE as the incoming and outgoing servers and use the ID/pwd of this user.

The version is 2.3.4. Does that mean I won't be able to get the voice mail as a wave file? Is there another way to get the wave file in 2.3.4? Is there a document to set up the mail client? Thanks.
