Looking for CCX Call Back Scripts (callback)

Hello. Looking for CCX scripts that involve placing an automatic call back. Without having the agent dial the digits. Sceanrio is : 1. Caller selects callback option, 2. Get call back number digits and confirm, 3. Queue the phanton call so that the caller does not lose its relative position, 4. When the phantom call is at top of queue, dial the number and route the call to next available agent.


I am wondering if it is possible to do this as well.


Any call back scripts or similar scripts desired.
