Hi,
I have a problem, a ip phone is remains registered in the GW (mode fallback) and in the CCM too. How to remove the ephone register in the GW?

From the CLI of the SRST router:
config t
call-manager-fallback
reset all

Thank you for your reponse. I do the reset all command but in the show ephone registered command is still there :(

Did you try just unplugging and plugging it back in..or rebooting the router?

Yes, i rebooted the gw but is still registered :( :(

Wow, Im not really sure what to tell you here. Did you try to reset the phone to factory defaults, or maybe deleting and readding the phone to call manager may resolve it as well.

I'm experiencing this same issue right now also. I haven't rebooted the VGW.
I was wondering if a factory reset would fix it? It's for a customer who is already annoyed it's not fixed.
What about shutting off call-manager-fallback until the phone registers with CUCM?
