what is a code 10 error???

Hi everyone, I am a rookie at computers. I have 'cisco systems 350 series pci wireless lan adapter' and it does not work because under device status it says "This device cannot start (code 10)" I've uninstalled it and re-installed, updated the drivers, and nothing seems to work. could someone help me so that I can get this to work so that i can go online on my own computer. thank you sooooo much, any help is appreciated.

We used to have several of the cards in some of our computer labs. I've seen this error before & ended up replacing the card because it is 802.11B. I'd recomend getting a 802.11G card for wireless. If you installed this card in a newer computer indications are it has something to do with the chipsets. Probably dealing with an Intel chipset issue & wireless. Hope this helps.
