Customer migrating to UC.
Head Office has UCM 6.1 cluster.
Rest of the sites have PBX (more than 100 users spread over 5 sites). Calls between sites routed over PSTN (user dials 9 for outside line)
I've configured LDAP synch with customers LDAP directory. When a IP phone user from HQ looks up DN for a user on a PBX site, the IP user has to edit the number to prefix the 9.
Ideally customer would like UCM to prefix the 9.
I'm thinking of using Translation Pattern to provide a solution for this.
Is this the best approach?
