Can I implement WAAS with Switches BATM-Telco modelos T6, T5R, T5V & T4R? Do they support WCCP or PBR?

You'll have to check with the manufacturer of those switches to see whether or not they support those features.
As for WAAS, you can use an inline card to intercept traffic from switches where WCCP is not an option.
