Solved: Route list - Route Group search timer Call Manager 4.2

We have a Route list with 2 Route groups. each route group contains 1 H323 gateway. If the first Route group is dead, it takes 10 seconds to search to the secndary H323 Route group.

Is there a timer somewhere to shorten this?

If you shut down the h323 GW the timer you reached is H225 TCP Timer

"H225 TCP Timer : This parameter specifies the preferred H.225 TCP connection timer."

The default is 5 seconds, so I am not sure why it takes 10 sec on your CCM if you have only one GW. If you can upload CCM traces on detailed mode I can tell you if it is doing something else.
