BAT Extension Mobility

I have looked at BAT and tried in a lab environment to log out users in EM, per device pool/Model type, 7941/7961 as I want to upgrade phones per site rather than whole cluster and when users are in EM it will not upgrade. Have had to log out users on the actual phone and having in excess of 200+ per site this is time consuming. Is there any other way. CCM4.2(3)SR3a. BAT 5.2(3) Have many other sites to do within the cluster. Thanks Derek

Hi Derek,

As far as i know the only way to bulk log users out of EM is via the AXL SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) API.
