Ciscoworks Netconfig

I keep getting the following message

Error occured while processing Possible Cause: Failed to Connect to JRM

I have tried to restart the Ciscoworks server, JRM and CTJRMserver but none have helped

I am trying to run a netconfig job

Please post the output of the pdshow command. What version of LMS is this? Was the hostname changed on this server recently?

Okay, there must be a problem with your System Identity User, lms26. How is this user defined in ACS?

it is set as omnipotent and SuperLMS under the CiscoWorks components (Ciscoview, RME etc)

why would that affect JRM?

The System Identity User is used for interprocess communication. If it is not defined properly, this type of error can occur. Please post the jrm.log.

the file is too large to attach (13 meg)

is there a statement i can look for in the file itself?

Please compress the file, and post it. It's all text, so it should compress well.
