We are using CCM 5.1 version.

While we generate the report by call base duration,on the tabular heading it is coming as . l

User, Date, Orig. Time, Orig. , Dest. , Call Classification, Charge, Duration (sec)

On the report Orig. and Dest.the detail is coming as the IP Phone No:, is there any way to replace the Number and put the name of the IP Phone to that place.

Is there any other configuration require to place name on that location.
